Started with bringing technology disruption to the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) solution for issuing SNAP/Food Stamp benefits, the Zinnova team has had first-hand experience of closely partnered with a number of state human services agencies to bring electronic payment solutions to childcare, child support, unemployment, social security and WIC. Through the experience of implementing over 70 of such programs in various states, we have acquired deep understanding of the business and operational requirements at both the federal and the state levels and the social program industry in general.
